A New Board of Management will be installed in October 2009. The present Board has served a successful three years in office. All Parents of current students are invited to nominate one or two candidates to the New Board.
All Nominees will be listed in Alphabetical order and all Parents will then be invited to relay a postal vote between September 8th and September 22nd. The names of the two candidates who receive the most nominations will be communicated to Des Places Association, the overall Management Body of Holy Ghost Colleges, for final ratification.
Parents are reminded that the Board of Management remains in office for three years. Any parent whose child leaves the school or who completes his Education is obliged to resign his/her position from the Board of Management.
Accordingly, you may now proceed to nominate one or two parents by forwarding the name(s) to me, in writing, prior to Friday August 28th. The subsequent list of all Nominees will be forwarded to all parents by Monday September 7th.
